Returns for Refund
You may return items for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt)

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

Important: Before sending any item back, you must contact us for approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed as follows:

  2. Send the item to the return address provided

  3. After inspection, if approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method

  4. Refunds usually appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size, color, or the same item when available.

  1. Contact us first to request an exchange

  2. Return the original item

  3. After inspection, we will send the replacement item

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Send clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if approved

Unauthorized Returns
• Returns without prior approval may not be accepted
