Exchange Policy

At Keyanco, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you need to exchange an item, we are here to assist you through a simple exchange process.

Items may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Exchanges are available for size, color, or the same item when stock is available. Customers must contact us before sending any item back so that we can review the request and provide exchange instructions.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for exchange. Once approved, the item must be returned to the address provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item as quickly as possible.

Please note that exchanges may be delayed if the requested replacement is temporarily unavailable.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
